IT IS AGAINST THE FEDERAL LAW TO RESELL USED HAIR, SO WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY HAIR PRODUCTS THAT HAVE LEFT THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING OR LOOKS WORN OR ALTERED IN ANYWAY

 

IF YOU HAPPEN TO RECEIVE AN INCORRECT ITEM, PLEASE EMAIL US AT SALES@SHANIQUEHAIRBOUTIQUE.COM WITH PHOTOS OF THE UNWORN ITEMS WITHIN 48HRS OF RECEIPT. AFTER WE CONFIRM THE ORDER IS INCORRECT, WE'LL SEND YOU THE NEXT STEPS ON HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS AND BEGIN THE EXCHANGE PROCESS. 

 

ANY PACKAGE MAILED BACK TO OUR OFFICE  WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL WILL NOT BE ISSUED A REFUND AND THE PACKAGE WILL NOT BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER.
